The Cisco SFP-10G-SR-X is a multirate 10GBASE-SR/10GBASE-SW/OTU2e SFP+ module designed for high-speed data transmission over multimode fiber (MMF) cabling. This module supports extended temperature range and provides 10GbE connectivity up to 400m over laser-optimized MMF.
With its hot-pluggable SFP+ design, the Cisco SFP-10G-SR-X module can be installed or removed without shutting down the system. It offers pay-as-you-grow bandwidth capacity in 10G fiber ports. The module has built-in Digital Optical Monitoring for diagnostics.
