QSFP-100G-CWDM4-S Overview
The Cisco QSFP-100G-CWDM4-S module is designed to support 100Gbps links up to 2 kilometers over duplex single-mode fiber. It uses CWDM technology to multiplex four wavelengths carrying 25Gbps traffic onto a single fiber strand.
Support for duplex LC connectors allows reuse of existing 10GbE infrastructure to provide a smooth, cost-effective migration to 100GbE speeds. The QSFP module form factor ensures low power consumption and high port density for flexible deployment.
With 2km reach over duplex fiber, the QSFP-100G-CWDM4-S module provides an efficient way to scale network capacity across data center buildings while reducing cabling complexity and cost.
