The Cisco Nexus 7000 M2-Series 6 Port 40GbE Module with XL Option (N7K-M206FQ-23L) delivers high-density, non-blocking 40GbE connectivity for data center and service provider networks. It provides 6 ports of 40 Gigabit Ethernet using QSFP+ optics modules. Each port can also be broken out into 4 x 10GbE ports.
The Cisco N7K-M206FQ-23L module is designed for the Cisco Nexus 7000 Series switches. It supports XL mode with scalable routing tables up to 1M IPv4 and 350K IPv6 routes. The distributed forwarding architecture provides exceptional performance, with up to 120Mpps of IPv4 and 60Mpps of IPv6 forwarding per module.
