GLC-T-RGD Overview
The Cisco 1000BASE-T SFP module (GLC-T-RGD) allows Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over copper cabling. It operates on standard Category 5 unshielded twisted-pair copper cabling of link lengths up to 100 m (328 ft).
The Cisco GLC-T-RGD module supports 10/100/1000 auto negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX, providing flexibility and easy compatibility with existing cabling. The hot-swappable input/output device plugs into a Gigabit Ethernet port or slot on a wide variety of Cisco switches, routers, and other network devices.
The GLC-T-RGD model features an industrial temperature range and ruggedized design, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments and critical applications needing enhanced reliability.
