GLC-LH-MMD Overview
The GLC-LH-MMD is a long-haul, multimode SFP module designed for the Cisco Catalyst IR1800 series routers. It delivers data rates up to 1000 Mbps over multimode fiber spans up to 10 km.
Operating over legacy multimode fiber links, the GLC-LH-MMD enables cost-effective connectivity to existing multimode campus networks from IR1800 routers deployed in remote and harsh environments.
With commercial temperature rating, the module is compatible with industry standard SFP MSA connectors and interfaces, providing plug-and-play Gigabit Ethernet fiber connectivity.
