The Cisco CPAK-100G-SR10 delivers 100G Ethernet over MMF links up to 150m with pay-as-you-grow support from 10G/40G and breakout to 10x10Gbps.
CPAK-100G-SR10 Overview
The Cisco CPAK-100G-SR10 module supports 100Gbps Ethernet connectivity over multimode fiber links up to 100m and 150m. It uses parallel ribbon cables with 24 fibers terminated in MPO connectors.
This SR10 module maps the 100GbE signal across 10 individual lanes at 10.3125Gbps each. It provides a pay-as-you grow migration path from 10G or 40G to 100G capacity, while reusing existing multimode cabling plant.
The CPAK-100G-SR10 also enables breakout to 10 separate 10Gbps interfaces. Its small CPAK footprint allows high density 100G aggregation in data centers.
